SmartJabber is a software solution that provides users with an automated chat agent. The agent is completely programmable by the end user. The idea is to provide an inexpensive, but powerful, tool to help convert web site visitors into customers or to offer your visitors a very basic form of customer support. I sold my interest in the company in Dec. 2009.
